Description:
A System.NullReferenceException in Connect.cs line 161 is caused by unloaded projects in a solution.
In GetProjectsFromSolutionFolder a Project object is null if the corresponding project in the solution is unloaded.
If null the proposed check skips the current project and continues with the next one.

I am a VB developer and I needed to add support for the language.

I did it without breaking something else (or at least I think so)!

This fixes a few issues with namespace specification for enum contracts and changes the order of the constructor arguments for NamespaceAttribute to make it consistent with the SegmentAssemblyNameAttribute.
